Thank you for considering a pre-order with Valley Rays! Pre-ordering allows you to be among the first to secure our latest sunglasses before they hit the market. By choosing to pre-order, you are playing a pivotal role in our production and delivery process. Here’s what you need to know:

How Pre-Ordering Works

1. Pre-Order Placement: When you place a pre-order, you will be charged the full amount immediately to reserve your exclusive pair of sunglasses.
2. Design and Production Updates: We believe in transparency. Here’s the journey your sunglasses will take:
   • Design Phase: We’re currently perfecting the design to ensure top-notch quality and style. There may be some design changes from what is shown on the product page.
   • Manufacturing: Once the design is finalized, manufacturing begins.
   • Arrival and Dispatch: We’ll inform you when the sunglasses arrive in the US and are ready to be shipped to you.
3. Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Timeline

• Design Completion: Expected by June 1, 2024.
• Manufacturing: Expected to start by June1,2024 and complete by August 1, 2024.
• Arrival in the US: Anticipated by August-September 2024.
• Shipping Date: Your sunglasses are expected to ship by September 2024.

Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Changes to Order: You can modify or cancel your order up to 30 days before the scheduled shipping date.
• Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your pre-order, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 15 business days.
• Cancellations by Valley Rays: Each variant has a specific goal to hit in order to fund the manufacturing process. If these goals are not met, Valley Rays reserves the right to cancel any pre-orders. In this circumstance, a full refund would be issued.

We commit to keeping you informed every step of the way and strive to meet the above timelines. However, as with any production endeavor, unexpected delays can occur. If a delay impacts your order, we promise to keep you updated and provide options to best accommodate your needs.
